The Role

An exciting opportunity exists within our Infrastructure Services directorate for Casuals in the Professional Engineering and Technical Support Services fields.

These casual roles will provide high level engineering expertise in Engineering Technical Support, General Engineering, Development Assessments, Operational Works, Project Management and Design/Drafting support to Council’s Infrastructure Services directorate.

Essential

1. 10 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction industry.
2. 7 years relevant experience in Contract/Project Management.
3. 5 years relevant experience in Local Government or Government related body.
4. Construction Industry White Card.
5. C Class ‘Manual’ Drivers Licence.

Desirable

1. Tertiary or Certificate qualification in Project Management discipline.
2. Tertiary or Trade qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering discipline.
3. Advanced user of 12D and AutoCAD (if design/drafting)
