Your New Role
As a Customer Service Admin, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth customer interactions and providing efficient administrative support. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations
- Handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently
What You'll Need to Succeed
If you consider yourself to be an operator who has a high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, then this is the role for you. The preferred candidate will have:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience with Sales Force, and having exposure to using SAP
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
