Grader Operator - Works

Council is seeking applications for a Grader Operator to safely operate plant and equipment in the maintenance and construction of sealed and unsealed roads.

About the position

The Grader Operator will be responsible for substantial components of Councils capital and maintenance programs for sealed and unsealed roads. We are looking for someone with leadership skills, as this role will be responsible for the employees and contractors on site. They will need to exercise good judgement and ensure the safe and efficient use of materials on site.

The main responsibility for this position is to safely operate plant and we are looking for someone with in the road construction industry as well as possessing the essential qualifications and licences. This position may be required to assist with labouring duties, as requested.

The gross fortnightly wage for this position is $2,933.96 including Construction Allowance.
