Your new role

The ICT Delivery and Engagement Manager is responsible for the overseeing of projects assigned to their team, providing a conduit between business and ICT objectives to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. This role sits across the Technology Infrastructure & Operations projects, typically covering IT infrastructure, Cloud, Workplace Technology and IT Service Management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within large infrastructure and operations technology environments, leading teams of IT professionals.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, and working within a PMO

• Ability to review current processes and uplift the engagement model currently in place

• Ability to align project objectives to approved organisational strategies and roadmaps

• Demonstrated experience leading teams, building relationships, facilitating teamwork, managing change, resolving conflict, managing resource constraints, managing budgets and delegation
