Your new role
- Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbers on various projects across the Gold Coast.
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the team
- Build on and manage all stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex plumbing issues
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations
- Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in commercial plumbing
- Proven leadership skills in a commercial plumbing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Plumbing licence
