A leading manufacturer of chemicals for the construction and mining industry is looking for a passionate recent graduate to join its team in a South-Western production facility.

Your new role

• Conduct polyester resin chemistry investigations, liaising with suppliers, performing testing, and refining formulations.
• Conduct research and development projects, operating laboratory equipment and developing innovative formulations.
• Support plant trials and evaluations, ensuring optimal product performance.
• Assist with quality control processes, documentation, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Maintain laboratory organisation, housekeeping, and adherence to safe work procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in either science (chemistry), chemical engineering, materials science or similar,
• Have experience handling chemicals safely, following SDS guidelines.
• Be self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Demonstrate precision in reporting, chemical handling, and workplace organisation.
• Be eager to learn and participate in ongoing training and development.
