About the role
PACE is an internal management consultancy embedded within Rio Tinto, with hubs in Montreal, Singapore, Perth, and Brisbane. The PACE team is a diverse team of ~40 passionate problem solvers, with individuals who have joined from internal product group or function teams working alongside former management consultants who have joined from leading strategy consulting houses.
PACE is seeking a Senior Consultant – PACE Consulting to join our established internal management consulting team in the Brisbane Hub. This is a critical role help to ensure PACE delivers on its mandate to accelerate the delivery of lasting value to Rio Tinto by applying high-quality problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills and business acumen to Rio Tinto’s highest value challenges and opportunities.
