Full TimeCouncil is offering an engineering traineeship which is available to all ages and will work across our infrastructure services. If you are an early school leaver, long-term unemployed job seeker, re-entering the workforce or re-evaluating your career then this is the position to kick start your career or change your career path.
A weekly salary will be determined by your age, experience and current level of qualifications, starting from Band T1 $468.00 up to T10 $1,194.60 plus superannuation.
You will join a team of skilled professionals who will assist you to gain new skills and knowledge in civil works and infrastructure services within Council. You will be supported with real on the job training and gain your associate degree. A White Card & Drivers Licence is essential or ability to obtain. A School Leaver is not required to have a licence but must be able to obtain a P1 licence within the first 12 months of employment.
