Your new role

• Design and develop training programs tailored to the new business processes and technology roles.
• Create accessible and engaging training materials, both online and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop work instructions and procedures that support the new business processes and roles.
• Develop and deliver (if required) training sessions, both in-person and online, to various levels of staff.
• Design and develop user-friendly training materials and resources.
• Create detailed work instructions and procedures that facilitate the new business processes and roles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs related to business processes and technology (specifically INFOR - Pathway).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and training development, preferably in a corporate setting.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
