Your new role

As the sole operator of the agency’s switchboard, you will be the first point of contact for external callers. You will play a key role in triaging and directing enquiries to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

• Answer and manage incoming calls from the public during business hours
• Create and assign service tickets to relevant business areas
• Escalate complex enquiries as needed
• Operate the Genesys telephone service platform with proficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to manage high call volumes and competing priorities
• Experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive and responsive approach to internal and external customer needs
