Duration: 6-month Contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Mitcham, Vic

Rates: $700 - $775 + Super

Your new role

To support successful data migration from SharePoint to Salesforce and Enterprise Document Management system. Key liaison with business stakeholders and technical teams.

A Senior BA who has the ability to deal with technical stakeholders, translate their requirements, run workshops and also work closely with the PM to build solid relationships with key stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Work with business SMEs to understand how data is captured, stored and reported.
Perform data discovery and profiling to assess data quality and completeness in preparation for data mapping activity, eg duplication, missing data points, data inconsistencies, formatting issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive data mapping documents between the current SharePoint structure and the Salesforce/ECM target model, including field-level mappings, metadata and validations.
Work with Salesforce project team members to align data model, field structure and integration with other systems requirements/metadata, e.g. ECM document ID etc.
Support and serve as a Subject-Matter Expert for migrated data, including test plans creation and reconciliations between source and target systems to ensure business continuity for inflight applications and closed/historical applications.

What you'll need to succeed

Salesforce platform experience, specifically "object modelling" (Must)
SQL, Excel or ELT Tools for data analysis
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Salesforce Administrator or demonstrate relevant work experience understanding object modelling Advanced 3–5 years.
SQL, Excel or ELT Tools for data analysis Advanced 5+ years.
