Your new role


The primary purpose of the position of the Change Analyst (Delivery) is to support the HR transformation Program by delivering effective change management and engagement strategies through the application of the department's Change Management Framework (including PROSCI/ADKAR).


The role collaborates closely with the Trainer within the Program and the Change Analyst (strategy) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, while facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing change impact across the Program. Development of communication materials, including presentations, will be a significant aspect of this role.


Accountabilities


  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of working with AGILE principles to support the Change Manager with analysis and planning of change initiatives across the Recovery Program, ensuring alignment with the broader ICS framework.
  • Engage and build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand and manage their needs and challenges, assessing the impact of changes and supporting their readiness to adopt new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and support the implementation of change management plans, including creating and maintaining relevant documentation, support material, and communication strategies.
  • Support the trainer with the development of training needs analysis and support the design and delivery of training materials and support resources to facilitate effective adoption of change initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Should have supported a large-scale HR digital transformation project.
  • Introductory or intermediate-level certification in Change Management, such as: ACMP-CMP, Prosci, or similar (desirable).
  • Can deal with tricky stakeholders. Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience assisting in the establishment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders across various organisational levels.
