This role is critical in ensuring robust corporate governance and risk management practices are upheld, supporting key stakeholders and driving compliance across the business.

Your new role

As the Corporate Governance & Risk Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing all corporate governance activities, ensuring policies and frameworks align with best practices.
  • Coordinating Audit & Risk Committee meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, and action tracking.
  • Leading risk management initiatives, reviewing frameworks and policies to maintain compliance.
  • Acting as the central contact for governance-related matters, supporting senior leadership in stakeholder reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Driving continuous improvement through special projects aimed at enhancing governance and risk functions.
  • Compliance with workplace health and safety policies, ensuring a safe and responsible working environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in corporate governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate complex frameworks and policies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
