Your new role
As a Credit Control Officer, you'll be at the forefront of the financial operations. In this exciting position, you will manage high-volume ledgers, chase outstanding payments, and ensure timely credit recovery through engaging phone conversations. Your performance will be driven by key performance indicators (KPIs), making your role crucial to maintaining the company’s fiscal health.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven Credit Control Expertise: Demonstrated experience in credit control, with a strong grasp of managing high-volume ledgers and tracking outstanding payments.
  • Enthusiasm for Phone-Based Recovery: A genuine enjoyment of being on the phone, actively chasing money and turning challenging conversations into successful recoveries.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and secure timely payments.
  • Detail-Oriented & KPI Driven: Exceptional attention to detail combined with the drive to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable working with modern financial systems and credit control tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
