Your new company

My client is a well-established and steadily expanding national infrastructure services provider, delivering innovative solutions across the power, communications, and renewable energy sectors. Due to continued growth within the team and a strong pipeline of strategic projects, they are seeking a permanent Executive Assistant to support a key executive during an exciting phase of organisational development.

Your new role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to step into a role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with hands-on involvement in operational activities. You’ll be working closely with the Executive General Manager, providing high-level support while also contributing to the coordination and execution of business-critical projects. The company fosters a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement—where initiative is encouraged, and your contributions are genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the EGM.

  • Assist with the administration and coordination of acquisition activities, including document control, due diligence tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetings.

  • Support operational initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on key actions and deliverables.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills will lead you to your success, as will;

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

What you'll get in return

This role offers a diverse and engaging scope of work, ideal for someone who enjoys being empowered to think strategically and contribute beyond the day-to-day. It’s a great fit for someone seeking a rewarding role within a supportive and inclusive team environment.
