Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting and a passion for precision? We’re currently recruiting for a Finance Officer (Assistant Accountant) on a temporary to permanent basis for a well-established business based south of Perth CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit finance team where your contributions will be valued and your expertise recognised.

Your new role

Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
Support payroll processing and timesheet management
Assist with tax compliance and reporting
Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries
Provide support with ad hoc finance tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

Experienced in finance/accounting roles.
Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred).
Willingness to learn and adapt—Navision training provided.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Be immediately available for full-time work.
