Role: Site Supervisor – Finishes
Location: Western Sydney
Duration: 6 Months
Our client is an established commercial residential builder who currently requires a finishes' supervisor to work on a Highrise commercial project in the western Sydney area.
Your Role:
Lead and supervise trades and subcontractors across the internal Fitout work.
Ensure the schedule and key targets are met.
Oversee works efficiently and safely
Liaise with the Site Manager and Project Manager daily.
What you will need to succeed:
Valid First Aid.
Extensive safety management.
Ability to manage all trades, subcontractors across multiple levels independently throughout the finishing stages.
Previous experience across commercial residential projects of up to $50 million.
This is an immediate contract Site Supervisor role starting immediately with an excellent hourly rate for 6 months.
