IT Project Engineer

Your new role

• Overseeing and assisting with the deployment of network infrastructure, cloud migrations, IT infrastructure and security solutions for a broad range of clients.
• Working alongside the pre-sales and projects team to scope and understand the project requirements.
• Managing IT projects end to end.
• Providing technical expertise and support during project implementation.
• Undertaking research and development duties.
• Assisting with escalated technical support requirements.
• Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience with implementing cloud & hybrid solutions.
• Proven experience with Windows & Linux OS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix and Cisco CLI.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, Palo Alto and VMware certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience working for an MSP or Consultancy is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s licence.
