We're Hiring: Leading Hand HVAC Installer – Commercial Projects (Sydney)

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead on major commercial projects? Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across Sydney.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on commercial job sites
Coordinate with project managers, builders, and subcontractors
Ensure installations meet Australian standards and project specifications
Mentor apprentices and junior installers
Maintain a safe and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Trade qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration
Current driver’s licence and White Card
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
