Your new role

We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to help drive leasing outcomes across a range of high-quality assets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure tenants, negotiate leases, and support the growth of a dynamic property portfolio.

• Manage leasing campaigns from enquiry to execution
• Build strong relationships with tenants and agents
• Conduct inspections and coordinate marketing efforts
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare documentation
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with development and asset teams on tenant fit-outs

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years’ experience in leasing, property, or real estate
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets
• Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in retail or mixed-use leasing is a plus.
