Lending Associate

As a CLS Associate, you’ll be a trusted support partner for front line bankers, ensuring their enquiries are addressed efficiently and accurately.

• Providing lending support to Relationship Managers with personal and business loans
• Partner or assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions including obtaining and collation of information from customers.
• Assisting with policy reviewing, credit analysis, and financial analysis
• Supporting post-approval processes, including liaising with customers and arranging settlements.
• Speaking to customers to obtain compliance documents and complete loan applications.
• Working directly with bankers and senior bankers to support loan fulfilment.
• Managing national files while prioritising local cases and partnering bankers with associates.
• Supporting the discharge process for loans efficiently and professionally.

The details

• Competitive Pay: $40.00 + Super

• Business Hours: Work 8:30 to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday – 100% Office-Based
