Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Retail Property Management team on a full-time temporary basis.
Your New Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. You will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, creating innovative campaigns that resonate with the customers and enhance our market presence and drive the overall success of the retail centre.
Your new role:
Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing campaigns and event activities for each centre
Manage social media strategies, advertising and digital content
Managing all marketing suppliers and agency relationships
Measuring, monitoring and analysing all marketing activities
Preparation and management of the marketing budget
Develop and execute community engagement plans and manage partnerships
What you need:
Qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail
Passionate about creativity and thinking differently when it comes to events, promotions and customer experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
