This role is an 8 month position based in Parramatta working full-time hours in their institutional operations division, focusing on payments.

Your new role

• Dealing with Bpay payment escalations including corrections, refunds and reconciliation to and from valuable clients

• Processing and taking responsibility for end to end processes

• Reconciliation of multiple accounts

• Investigating issues by emailing relevant internal and external stakeholders to find a correction within SLAs

• Use multiple systems accurately and work as a team

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in banking operations and an understanding of how banking and payments work

• Previous experience in payments or institutional banking is preferred

• Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• A proactive and customer-centric approach who can work with urgency and accuracy

• An hourly rate of $37.66 + super starting in 4–6 weeks ideally
