About the role
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Planner to join our Planning & Scheduling team to create and manage executable work orders aligned to the maintenance strategy, asset condition, business and long-term plans and monitor planned vs actual costs.
Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Superintendent, you will:
Create and manage executable work orders aligned to maintenance strategy, asset condition and business long term plans.
Ensure accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and parts availability for electrical maintenance work.
Collaborate with schedulers, maintenance supervisors and contractor management supervisors to optimise planning.
Analyse work orders, problem solve potential challenges and improve planning efficiency.
Review planned spend versus actual spend as well as document changes and improvement actions to budget. Escalate any major variances of actual vs planned spend.
Facilitate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders to discuss work order priorities, key drivers and critical path for upcoming plant shutdowns.
About you
To succeed in this role, the candidate will have:
Electrical Trade level or higher qualification

Able to communicate professionally with a range of internal/external stakeholders
Trade level or higher qualification
Fixed Plant Maintenance experience
Interest developing SAP knowledge
WA current C class driver’s license

Where you’ll be working
Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
