We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Principal Advisor Labour. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our national contingent labour category through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Category Support: Conduct comprehensive spend, market, and cost analyses to inform procurement strategies and support contract negotiations.

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Assist in contract administration, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for value creation.

  • Procurement Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and evaluation models to provide transparency and actionable insights.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the business to align procurement strategies with operational goals.

What you’ll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • Analytical and detail-focused, with strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in procurement analytics tools and Excel (Power BI experience is a plus)

  • Experienced in contract management and supplier performance tracking

  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledgeable in contingent labour procurement (preferred but not essential)
