Procurement Specialist - Retail

• Work closely with Procurement and Senior Retail Management to enhance operations.
• Support retail strategies across food & beverage, vending, and small-store services.
• Drive customer engagement through promotions, events, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Analyse KPIs, sales data, and consumer behaviour to optimise performance.

• Experience in FMCG procurement, retail operations, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
• Passion for service excellence, hygiene, and safety.
