Your new role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of projects—from initial planning through to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, client communications, consultant coordination, collaboration with internal design teams, and overseeing financial reporting.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with brand standards, and to the highest quality, with clear stakeholder engagement throughout.

This position is well-suited to someone with a background in architecture or interior design, paired with strong project management and construction delivery expertise. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the wider project team and contributing to the success of our fast-paced, multidisciplinary studio environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience 5+ years in a similar project management position
  • Proven experience with project financial reporting and project scoping
  • Have design experience, preferably within Construction
  • Ability to develop, track and update detailed project programs using Excel or equivalent
  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to delivery
  • Strong understanding of codes and standards, including NCC, BCA, Australian Standards, and accessibility regulations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to run meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and multiple projects concurrently
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and confident in owning your scope
