Your new role
As a Project Officer, you will play a vital role in driving operational improvements across the organisation. This role focusses on identifying process and system gaps, leading cross-functional problem-solving, and implementing practical solutions that support high-quality service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience reviewing and improving compliance frameworks, policies, and processes
- Strong skills in analysing business needs and implementing user-centred solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience leading or contributing to process changes aligned with legislation and corporate standards
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
