Your new role

In this position you will have a significant impact on the business' safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Assurance systems and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to embed QA best practices.

  • Oversee QA-related training programs and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal counsel, insurance agencies, and training providers.

  • Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Approve QA-related invoices and support budget planning for training and compliance activities.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a QA or compliance role, ideally within a regulated or maritime environment.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence across departments.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
