Location: Martin Place Contract Duration: 3 months (start ASAP, pending checks) Pay Rate: $600 - $700 per day + super

About the Role:

As a Senior Management Records Adviser, you will be instrumental in establishing compliance frameworks and procedural documentation to facilitate the efficient digitisation of hardcopy records. Your expertise will enable the compliant disposal of paper records, reducing storage costs over time.
Beyond immediate priorities, you will also identify key digitisation strategies to integrate into future business-as-usual activities, ensuring long-term sustainability in records management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance documentation for the digitisation of hardcopy records.
  • Oversee the secure disposal of paper records while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Identify and prioritise future digitisation opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed effective record-keeping practices across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in records management, compliance, and digitisation.
  • Strong knowledge of records disposal procedures and storage cost optimisation.
