Your new company has a strong reputation in the Real estate market in Hobart. Based in the Hobart CBD, they specialise in both Residential sales and Property Management. They pride themselves on their ability to develop custom made and effective campaigns at all levels of property, project marketing and asset management. This company has the need for a full time Sales Administrator to join their team to assist two residential Sales agents.
Your new role
As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks. You will be reporting to the Directors and your duties will involve;
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face
- Database management eg entering contracts, prospects and appraisals.
- Prepare listing and vendor files
- Assist with generating marketing presentations
- Generate weekly, months reports for sales
- Assist with online, paper and social media advertising
- Additional administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to liaise with vendors, lawyers, finance brokers, Sales Agents and additional third parties regarding the administration of the sales and rental process. Therefore you will need to be confident with your written and verbal communication skills. To be successful for this role you’ll have demonstrated experience in a similar administration role within the Real estate or Legal industry. You’ll need to be a motivated and energetic individual with the follow skills;
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong work ethic
- Most importantly you must be a highly efficient and organised team player with a positive can-do attitude.
