What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
• Detailed knowledge of principles and concepts associated with the design of distribution, sub-transmission and transmission protection and control systems
• Knowledge of AutoCAD design (or equivalent), electrical networks, operation, and construction plan
• Detailed knowledge of network power systems and the inter-operability of plant and secondary systems
• Knowledge of protection settings and their application
• Understanding of Safety in Design practices
• Effective communication skills
