The Senior Advisor Portfolio Performance and Reporting role supports the delivery of critical decarbonisation initiatives through effective reporting and performance tracking. This role is key to ensuring transparency, accountability and progress across our decarbonisation portfolio. You will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to capture performance data, monitor outcomes and help drive continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Performance and Reporting and working in a collaborative community, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and deliver project performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and relevance
Track project milestones, risks and deliverables and flag performance trends and areas of concern
Work collaboratively with RTEC teams to gather, validate and analyse project information
Provide insights and recommendations to support project delivery, governance and strategic outcomes
Develop and maintain dashboards, templates and tools to streamline reporting processes
Assist in preparing internal and external presentations, papers and other materials related to the decarbonisation portfolio and our progress towards climate targets
What you will bring

Proven experience in project support, reporting or performance analysis
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to turn complex data into a simple story and pitch at right level of audience
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting
Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or other reporting/analytics tools
Knowledge of decarbonisation, emissions tracking or climate-related initiatives is highly desirable
