About the role 

We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced change leaders for the roles of Senior Advisor Agreement Implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering end to end change management plans to implement Agreement terms across the business. Supporting the business through the delivery of change activities utilising your strong analytical, communications, facilitation and training skills.

Reporting to Principal Advisor Agreement Implementation, you will 

  • Develop and implement end to end Change management design and delivery including strategy, planning, and implementation, using lean change management approach.
  • Facilitate the change impact assessment to identify the impact of a term with impacts to roles/process/system. Analysing and communicating impacts across the business with the right people at the right time.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead communication efforts, including design, review and delivery of communications and leadership / employee engagement. Align communications to strategic narrative.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, identifying, and mitigating possible areas of concern.
  • Develop a transition plan to embed the change including handover to BAU.
  • Support the embedment of change in the business to ensure business outcomes are achieved. with consideration for Traditional Owner context, RT CSP Standard, RTIO risks/priorities, regulations, etc 
  • Deliver on the Partnership and Agreement modernization work plan, and leading practice implementation roadmap 
  • Provide technical support and expertise on agreement and commitment management and implementation to the Traditional Owner Partnerships team.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders advisng on  strategic approaches to strengthen partnership delivery 

 
What you’ll bring 

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on complex, multi-stream programs — ideally with regulatory, or process transformation elements
  • Strong working knowledge of change methodologies and principles and stakeholder engagement practices
  • Exceptional project management Stakeholder & Traditional Owner Management (incl Planning)​ 
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams, bridging strategic goals and frontline adoption
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience developing training and communication content across varied formats and audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple change streams in a dynamic program delivery environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, HR, psychology, communication or a related discipline are desirable
  • Social & economic impact and opportunity analysis​ experience
