You will work for a large Financial Services organisation based in Sydney.
Your new role
This role sits within a large transformation program with one of the Big 4 Banks.
They're looking for candidates with experience in requirements elicitation, story mapping, business process modelling, user case modelling, non-functional requirement analysis, features and decomposition into epics and user stories. This new initiative revolves around their contact centre and how they interact with customers; the program will also aim to implement IVR and a Virtual Assistant.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Senior BA in Financial Services
Experience working in Digital Banking, Digital Identity or Digital Transformation projects
Experience working on Unsecured Lending or Cards projects will be highly regarded
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
What you'll get in return
You will gain a 6-month contract with a high chance of extension, and you will earn $1000 inclusive of super (daily rate). You will be part of a supportive team and will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement.
