Your new role

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for clients. Working closely with award-winning brokers, you will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring the smooth progression of loan applications from submission to settlement. This role includes a leadership component, where you will support and mentor junior team members.

  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Meet application deadlines, including finance due dates and settlement timelines.
  • Collaborate with international teammates to prepare application submissions in line with lender credit policies.
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Identify and resolve application discrepancies and proactively manage missing information.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior Client Service Managers.
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout their journey.

What you'll need to succeed

With a strong background in credit and loan processing, you will be ready to step into a leadership role. Other key factors to your success include:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a similar client service, loan processing, or broker support role.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, either formally or informally.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage process and credit assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
