Your new role
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for clients. Working closely with award-winning brokers, you will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring the smooth progression of loan applications from submission to settlement. This role includes a leadership component, where you will support and mentor junior team members.
Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Meet application deadlines, including finance due dates and settlement timelines.
Collaborate with international teammates to prepare application submissions in line with lender credit policies.
Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify and resolve application discrepancies and proactively manage missing information.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior Client Service Managers.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout their journey.
What you'll need to succeed
With a strong background in credit and loan processing, you will be ready to step into a leadership role. Other key factors to your success include:
2–3+ years of experience in a similar client service, loan processing, or broker support role.
Demonstrated leadership experience, either formally or informally.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage process and credit assessment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
