About the role
We are looking for a Specialist Contractor Management Systems. In this role, you will provide reporting and analysis to the Contract Management network and senior leaders. The role will also drive excellence in our Contractor Management systems.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Contractor Management Data & Analytics, you will:
Leverage data insights to determine the key improvement areas for contractor management
Assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to Contractor Management leadership and other business stakeholders
Input to monthly metrics and insights to RTIO SLT, Contractor Management Commercial and Contractor Management Onboarding teams
Compile, analyse, interpret, and present complex data related to current and future opportunities
Oversight and tracking of all key Contractor Managementinitiatives
Maintain alignment on data standards and definitions to ensure a single source of truth
Scope and build new metrics to provide analysis and fact base on emerging focus areas
Provide “deep dive” analysis and reporting on focus areas (on request and proactive)
Support the management and improvement of the CES platforms (Track, Proof of Presence – Gallagher, Avetta Connect & Avetta Pegasus)
What you’ll bring
Understanding of RTIO HSE and Contractor Management data systems
Experience in data cleaning, preparation and integration from various sources
Ability to design and implement effective data models to support business processes
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Experience with Power BI tools for data visualization and reporting
Expertise in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for advanced calculations and Power Query for data transformation
Proficient in SQL for querying databases and managing data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver insights
Strong problem-solving abilities to address data-related challenges effectively
