Station Support Officer

Your new role

• Contractor Onboarding & Support
• Manage contractor onboarding through SuccessFactors
• Enter contractor details and training records into the system.
• Provide onboarding assistance and support to contractors
• Monitor and manage site staff training requirements
• Ensure timely attendance and completion of mandatory training
• Maintain accurate training records in SuccessFactors
• Scan and file electronic documents into SharePoint
• Organise and archive hard copy documents, including updating archive box records
• Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings within the department
• Provide reporting and general support

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in administration or site-based support roles
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SharePoint (preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience within the public sector would be highly desirable but not a requirement.
