We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing professional to join our global Talent Attraction team as a Talent Sourcing Advisor. Based in Perth, you will support our world-class iron ore operations. This role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging talent with critical skills for operational and professional roles. Working consultatively with Talent Acquisition Partners and our product groups, the role builds robust talent pipelines using innovative tools while collaborating with employer branding experts to spark connections that convert candidates into opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a talent acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in strategic talent sourcing for a global mining leader. Reporting to the global Talent Attraction lead, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and global team, working with exceptional talent to create impactful candidate connections.
The role promises dynamic, varied work, including- reporting to the Senior Advisor, Talent Attraction you will be:
Sourcing, categorising and engaging talent using databases, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems to build robust talent pipelines.
Developing and managing engagement strategies to maintain pipeline health and foster ongoing candidate relationships.
Working consultatively with Talent Acquisition Partners to make candidates available for open roles and support recruitment efforts.
Working collaboratively with product groups and employer branding teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Contributing to ad hoc projects, ensuring varied and impactful work that supports the global Talent Attraction team.
