We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications and engagement specialist to join our Major Projects team.

What You Will Do:

As Community & Stakeholder Engagement – Major Projects, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver effective communications and engagement activities for the Major Projects team. You will play a key role in shaping the way we
interact with our community, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that we effectively communicate our initiatives, gather feedback, and build meaningful relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as communications, community engagement (or equivalent industry experience)
• Experience in community engagement practices, events, marketing and promotional activities
• Demonstrated experience in providing advice to management in a complex organisation and internal stakeholders on strategic direction for engagement, and emerging critical issues and risks
• Proficiency in administration, computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and online Content Management Systems and analytics
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to motivate, challenge and engage stakeholders and teams, internally and externally
