About the role
The role of Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for ensuring Central Coast Council has an effective Enterprise Risk Framework and Business Continuity Management. The role is also responsible for providing advice, risk monitoring and reporting and effective and efficient delivery of the Enterprise Risk Project, aimed at delivering maturity and operational improvements to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Risk Management or relevant field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development.
Extensive experience in a similar role working with senior management in a medium to large organization.
Significant experience in strategically aligning the management of enterprise risk and business continuity initiatives and programs.
Demonstrated project management experience in delivering complex and conflicting program and project initiatives and milestones with differing stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working within a Council or Board environment and senior management.
Significant experience in assessing, monitoring and reporting on enterprise and business continuity risks and using data and metrics to drive business improvement.
