The role
We are seeking a strong communicator to join our team within the Operations North department as a Project Engineer (Transport). In this pivotal role, you will be an essential member of the Operations Team, responsible for managing projects under Council’s Capital Works Program, including maintenance initiatives and natural disaster assistance projects. Our commitment is to enhance community infrastructure and services through high-quality project delivery, and your expertise will help us drive impactful solutions that make a tangible difference in our operations. Salary: Salary range circa $91,806.00 - $110,167.00 p.a. plus superannuation. (Dependent on skills and experience.)
Additional civil liability allowance of 3.5% applies to this position on top of the above salary range.
A vehicle arrangement will be made with the successful candidate for this role. MCC’s vehicle arrangements provide you with two options:
Location: Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the Taree and Gloucester Works Depots. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
