Your New Role
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for callers, handling a variety of enquiries and providing accurate information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Operating software systems to manage and document calls
- Handling call-backs and follow-ups
- Entering data while managing calls
- Providing polite, friendly, and compassionate service to all callers
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated call centre experience, including handling inbound/outbound calls, operating software systems, and managing call-backs.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing information.
- Proficiency in managing calls while entering data simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone manner with a polite and friendly demeanour.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys PureCloud call centre software is a bonus.
