Your new role

Reporting to the CEO, this is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity—commercially astute, strategically focused and hands-on in nature—designed to drive transformation, enhance performance, and deliver precision at both executive and board levels.

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Use data-driven insights to oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to promote strategic decision-making, drive profitability, and enhance business performance
• Refine and implement a strong governance framework, ensuring compliance with tax, audit, risk and regulatory requirements whilst mitigating risk
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, management accounts and statutory obligations
