We are seeking a Fixed Plant Manager to join our senior leadership team in Tom Price. As a Fixed Plant Manager, you’ll lead the operations and maintenance of vital assets such as crushers and conveyors, dry crushing and screening plant, beneficiation plant, balanced machines, train load-out facilities and tailings dams.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Tom Price & Marandoo, you’ll lead a team of Superintendents to achieve safe, efficient production while meeting operational and business goals. Your responsibilities will span day-to-day plant operations, preventative maintenance, shutdown planning and execution and continuous improvement, allowing you to drive performance and innovation.

What you’ll bring
You are an experienced people leader who is ready for a role of this complexity. You’re well versed in leading technical teams, perhaps you’re in a similar role and looking for a challenge that will give you exposure to a wide range of assets, multiple plants and a large team. This is the role that will set you apart with experience you can’t get anywhere else.
Exposure to fixed plant is desirable, we would be interested in hearing from individuals with leadership experience gained across other operational maintenance environments.
There are also plenty of opportunities for you to make a difference in this role and you'll be supported by your leader to bring a deep curiosity to you work in identifying and delivering tangible business improvement.

Where you’ll be working
Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
