Your new role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mining Systems Specialist to join the mining team.

• Provide administration and management of mine production system vendor service level agreements.
• Support and maintain operational applications, and participate in the design, testing, and improvement of applications that are part of the mine production system and operations centre.
• Monitor and control the health of vital business functions within the operations centre, including bandwidth, servers, tablets, LTE, on-board telemetry, and switches.
• Work with IT functions to ensure adherence to all relevant security policies, standards, and procedures, including ISO27001 and IEC62443.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in an underground mining environment.
• Experience or willingness to learn mine SCADA & PLC.
• Experience in LTE, Telemetry and switches
• Valid Manual Driver’s license.
