Your new role

As a Senior Administration Officer, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to,

  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Call for agenda items, gather information, attend meetings, take and circulate minutes.
  • Distribute and follow up on action items.
  • Assist executive committees with various tasks.
  • Efficiently handle a centralised inbox and direct as needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a senior admin role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion of confidential information.
  • Previous experience in committee meetings desirable
