What you'll need to succeed

• Academic Excellence: Holding tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance (Diploma in Financial Services General Insurance is a plus).
• Inspiring Leader: Prior experience in mentoring and guiding claims staff in highly technical roles.
• Impressive Track Record: Boasting over 2 years of hands-on experience in managing complex Professional Indemnity/Financial Lines claims.
