Social Media Coordinator

Your new company

Working in the fitness industry, you will be the new social media coordinator responsible for posting and engaging with customers. This is a well-known organisation, and you will gain experience as part of a very exciting collaborative team.

Your new role

•Ideate, produce and schedule content that maintains the brand’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to the community. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice.
•Foster the community. Respond to DMs, assign tasks to relevant stakeholders and engage the community through likes, reshares, etc.
•Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to uncover great stories and content.
•Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximise the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.
•Liaise with content creators and creative agency to produce content.
•Analyse and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of organic campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
•Liaise with internal/external influencers to achieve authentic user-generated content, analyse and report on influencer performance to quantify the effectiveness of the earned campaigns and drive scalable learnings.

What you'll need to succeed

•You have 2+ years of relevant (social media) experience. You may have a Bachelor’s degree
•You have aligned experience. You know what it means to own the top of the marketing funnel space, increasing awareness and affinity of the brand through compelling content, persuasive presence in all stages of word of mouth marketing (online reviews, recommendations and influencers) and continuously growing overall audience reach and engagement in the social channels that target customers reside.
•You are people focused. You enjoy engaging with others to spark ideas and creativity. You’re patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
