My client are a privately-owned family-run business that operates in South Australia and Western Australia. They specialise in a variety of construction and development services, including commercial building projects, bespoke residential constructions, and design and construct services. Their focus is on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.
We have multiple projects in the Mandurah, Golden Bay and Rockingham region and are looking for a supervisor within 30–40 minutes of them.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in commercial construction.
Track record on Fuel Station and Fast Food Projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Relevant certifications or licences
